Anooraq (TSXVEN: ARQ, AMEX: ANO) is focused on platinum group metal (PGM) exploration and development on the prolific Bushveld Complex in South Africa. The Bushveld hosts 80% of the world's platinum resources and accounts for over 60% of annual global PGM production.

The Bushveld is comprised of four compartments or "limbs" which host three main PGM bearing horizons: the Merensky Reef and UG2 horizons on the east, west and northeast limbs; and the Platreef horizon on the northern limb. Anooraq has land holdings on the northeastern and northern limbs, including two advanced stage projects.

As the first offshore listed Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) company, Anooraq has access to capital markets in North America, making it a unique investment opportunity.
