Bob Dickinson is an economic geologist who holds an Honours BSc degree in geology and an MSc degree in business administration and finance from the University of British Columbia. He has been active in mineral exploration for over 40 years and is a founding director of Hunter Dickinson. He was Canada's Developer of the Year in 1990 and British Columbia's Mining Person of the Year in 2000. In 2008, he was recognized by the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum with the Dufresne Award for his contributions to exploration and mining in British Columbia.

Ron Thiessen holds a BComm degree from the University of Saskatchewan and a Chartered Accountant designation. Since the 1980's, he has concentrated on the development of venture capital financing for emerging public and private companies. As Director of Corporate Development beginning in 1994 and as President and CEO since 2000, he and his associates have completed in excess of 20 property or project acquisitions, raised over $1 billion in exploration financings, and built an impressive portfolio of advanced mineral exploration and development projects. He won the Ed Scholz Award for excellence in mine development in 2008.

Dave Copeland is a geological engineer with over 30 years experience in advancing mineral projects through feasibility, permitting, engineering design phases and initial development. Recent projects include the original feasibility and permitting on the South Kemess mine, in central British Columbia; pre-feasibility and permitting on the Hollister development project, Nevada; and feasibility and permitting of the Burnstone gold project, South Africa; and acting as a senior advisor on the Gibraltar Mine acquisition and restart team.

Scott Cousens provides management and financial services for a number of publicly traded companies. For the past 18 years, his focus has been the development of relationships within the international investment community. Substantial financings and subsequent corporate success has established strong ties with North American, European and Asian investors. He also oversees the investor relations programs for the companies in the Hunter Dickinson group.

Russ Hallbauer is a mining engineer with 30 years experience in the mining industry. He joined Hunter Dickinson in mid 2005 from Teck Cominco, where he was General Manager of Base Metal Joint Ventures overseeing the Highland Valley Copper mine in central British Columbia and the Compañía Minera Antamina JV in South America. Prior to that, he was Teck Cominco's General Manager of Coal Operations. He is a past Chair of the Mining Association of British Columbia and past President of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (CIM). He was recognized in 2007 with the Blaylock Award for contributions to the CIM, and advancement of mineral exploration and development in Western Canada.

Marchand Snyman is a dual Australian and South African Chartered Accountant and obtained a BComm (Accountancy) degree in 1988 and a BComm (Hons) (Accountancy) degree in 1989 from the University of Pretoria, and an Advanced Diploma in Treasury Management (cum laude) from the University of South Africa in 1993. He has over 15 years experience in corporate finance. From 1996-2002, he was Corporate Finance Manager and General Manager Corporate Finance and Development for Anglo Platinum. Prior to joining Hunter Dickinson in 2006, he had an established mining advisory business, working with clients in Australia, China, South Africa and the United States.
